Applicant Proposal Checklist

The objectives of the ACAAF program are to:

• Completed ACAAF Application Form (Typed). An Electronic Copy is Preferred but a Typed, Hard Copy Will Be Accepted,
• Letters of Support Which Demonstrate How Your Partners and the Industry Are Involved or Support the Project,
• Brochures, of Equipment, Products and/or Conferences/Meetings, Where Applicable,
• Detailed Project Budget and Financial Statements,
• Other Supporting Documentation,
• Disclosure of All Financial Partners,
• Communications Plan (E.g. Demonstration Days, Presentations, Newsletters, Media Events, Etc.),
• Environmental Assessments/certificate Where Appropriate,
• Price Quotes, Where Applicable
• A Non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00; Made Payable to: PEI ADAPT Council.
